I am an experienced and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I offer non-judgmental friendly therapy where you can explore any difficulties you may be experiencing in a confidential environment. CBT can help you deal with, and  overcome issues that are causing pain or making you feel uncomfortable.


 I can provide a safe and regular space for you to talk and explore difficult feelings, and help you understand yourself better. My role is to listen to you, support you and respect your views. I will help you find your own insight and understanding of your problems and feel more confident.

 With empathy and compassion I can help you work through your thoughts and feelings to find your way forward.
 I can help you accept what you can't change and change what you can.

You will learn a set of skills that you can apply whenever you need to and you will hopefully find them useful long after you have left therapy

CBT can be used alongside medication prescribed by your GP and can also be used alone.
 The number of sessions you will require will depend on the issue/s you need help with, often this will be between 6-20 one to one 1hr therapy sessions
 (which will be discussed and agreed with you)


Many of my clients have said that counselling was literally a life changing experience. Therapy isn't always easy but I think it is the most worthwhile gift you can give to yourself.
Sometimes we just need to talk to somebody that doesn't know who we are so we are able to learn more about ourselves
