Welcome, and thank you for visiting Lydia's Holistic Therapies, I am so happy you found your way here. my name is Lydia-Rose Gibson, I am a fully qualified, experienced and insured holistic and psychotherapist based at Hermit's Nest Retreat in Great Hale, a peaceful little village in south Lincolnshire.

 

I offer a wide range of holistic treatments, counselling and bespoke packages at my purpose built warm and cosy garden retreat​

 

I have over 26 years experience within the industry, and have been trained to a high standard. I'm also a member of the FHT and regularly attend training courses to update my knowledge and skills, which include first aid. All of my therapies include a free in depth consultation prior to treatment, to asses your individual needs and to insure the best possible experience

 

The best part of what I do is creating space for others. I love to offer a calm and gentle environment where you can come to unburden yourself, let the mask drop, and be looked after
