I am a larger person, will I fit on your therapy couch?

​

Yes, my therapy couch is extra wide, extra padded with memory foam and takes over 500lbs. There is absolutely no judgement in my little retreat.

 When you come for a treatment, I do not care if you are overweight, underweight, haven't shaved, have cellulite, haven't painted your toenails,

 have scars, have hard skin on your feet etc.

 I only care about you, how you are feeling and how I can help

 You are safe and accepted here, just as you are

 

 

 

 

When can I have a pregnancy massage?

Pregnancy massage can be carried out from 12 weeks onwards, right up to 40 plus weeks

Please note that you must be considered a low risk pregnancy 

by your Dr or midwife to book this treatment

 

 

 

How do I purchase a gift voucher?

If you would like to purchase a gift voucher, please contact me, and 

I will get one sent out to your chosen address

 

 

 

 

Do you offer treatments for men?

​

 I am happy to treat male clients, but please be mindful that this is a

professional service only

​

 

 

 

Will you talk throughout my treatment?

​

Clients visit Hermit's Nest Retreat for many reasons. Some come for the peace

 and quiet, and others benefit from being heard. It is important you get

 what you need from your time here, and I will follow your lead

 

 

 

 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, I would kindly ask that you give me as much notice as possible, as appointments can be hard to fill at short notice

Less than 48hrs notice will be charged at 50% and cancellations with less than

 24 hours notice will be charged at full price. If you give me less than

 48hrs notice and I am able to fill the appointment,

 there will be no cancellation fee

 

 

 

 

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Just on time would be great. Please don't arrive early as I do not have a client 

waiting area. If you are running late, I will do my best to fit you in, but

 I may not be able to offer you the full treatment time

 

 

 

 

Do I have to undress fully?

​

When you come for a treatment with me, it is important that you feel comfortable at all times. You will only need to remove the clothing from the area being treated and you will be nestled under soft towels and blankets 

throughout your treatment

 

 

 

 

Will all my details be kept confidential?

​

Yes, I will never disclose any of your information to anyone without your consent. Total client confidentiality and earning my clients trust is of paramount importance.
